The property is neat and superb services except Sunday night dinner time. The waiter refused our choice of table. We opted to sit outside for more than 10 minutes. The waiter a young man failed to recognise us so we had to get out to the riverside for our last dinner.
Paula was a fantastic waitress on our arrival at the restaurant on Friday night.
My disappointment at dinner time on Sunday night. The youngman waiter wasn’t professional.
His attitude made me leave the hotel’s restaurant to go to the riverside for dinner.

good location, clean, friendly staff.
Small room. Couldn't get the TV channels working.
no facilities; you would expect some (e.g. gym, coffee at reception, ice machine etc) at a 4* hotel.
