Very nice and accommodating staff, great breakfast and generally nice facilities. The location is very convenient in the center of the city. I can highly recommend this hotel!
I had to cancel one room because my son had an injury and couldn't fly. The contact with the hotel’s booking staff was not great, and if they had explained that it wasn't a cancellation fee, but just that they couldn't return the payment of the room, it would have saved me a lot of work and frustration. But it all turned out well in the end.

Super huge bed, tea making facilities, large room with balcony doors, restaurant was fabulous, very friendly staff
Breakfast wasnt great - had to wait ages for tea and asked for almond milk several times before it came. The milk was served hot even though I had asked for cold but in all honesty it was a small niggle I over came

It was in a good location
The restaurant staff were not very attentive we waited for the pizza pasta kitchen to open at 7pm and had been there since 6pm ordered a few drinks but then we sat to 7.20 and there was no service so we ended just leaving
