Ett prisvärt och fräscht hotell som jag kan varmt rekommendera till den som besöker Lissabon.

Ett väldigt fräscht hotell där städning och frukost var bra. Bonus att de hade en pool och bar på övervåning som man kunde njuta av de varma dagar/kvällar vi var där.

Finns inget att säga negativt om detta hotell som jag kan varmt rekommendera om man besöker Lissabon.

Incrivel qualidade-preço. Um verdadeiro tesouro no centro de Lisboa!

O staff foi muito simpático e disponível do início ao fim da estadia! A organização da temática musical está muito interessante (a nós calhou-nos o fado - que adoramos!) e a decoração e utilidades surpreenderam-nos muito pela positiva! A localização é ótima e central e o espaço estava muito limpo e organizado. O detalhe de ser um quarto com colunas bluetooth integradas é uma caracteristica interessantissima face à temática - é um espaço muito bem pensado e certamente tornaremos a repetir (preferencialmente durante mais tempo!)

Não tenho mesmo nada de negativo a apontar, de todo.

Está bien ubicado pero no es el mejor lugar para parar allí. Vería otras opciones mejor ubicada y con mayor relación calidad precio

La recepción. Una de las peores cosas que cuando llegas cansado a un lugar con todas las maletas tenes un recepcionista con muy mala onda. Ni siquiera explico ni dijo nada en relación al funcionamiento de las luces o de la cortina, por cuanto no se maneja de manera convencional. La verdad que no es recomendable

Prima als je van hotels houdt en centraal wilt verbliiven.

Centrale locatie, prima kamer en zwembad op het dak.

Ligt direct aan de weg, in de nacht daarom geen raam open. Receptie kan vriendelijker.

La chambre spacieuse et confortable, literie parfaite, petit déjeuner très bien, personnel charmant et disponible, Roof top avec une vue exceptionnelle et un bar à cocktail. Emplacement rêvé !

Il manque un salon intérieur un peu cosy (le hall est un frigo !) et un room service avec des snacks plus variés et moins chers. Il manque également un accès à la playlist de l'hôtel ! Musique cool !

Great hotel, location and views!

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable rooms, and great staff. The views from the pool bar were fab and it had a great atmosphere.

As I went with a friend, I found the lack of bathroom (shower and toilets are cubicles) uncomfortable. We requested a twin, but we were allocated a double. This can happen, so it wasn't a big deal, but it meant the room was more compact compared to the twin room, which friends were allocated.

Highly recommend!

Clean room with a good bed. The in-built speakers are a great touch which we used a lot. Friendly staff. We were upgraded to a terrace room (with a balcony), which was a lovely touch. Rooftop pool and bar with great views. We loved the quieter location of the hotel, as it is outside of the really touristy areas - it's about 25 mins walk (downhill, down a lovely tree-lined avenue) into town or you can take the metro (cheap, regular service, easy to navigate) from the stop just a minute from the hotel. Metro is also well connected for the airport or day trips to Sintra. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as a beautiful park. Even though it is in a busy location, the soundproofing of the hotel was great and our room was quiet.

The room was very clean but had a slightly stale smell to it that we couldn't rid. Otherwise, we couldn't fault it.

An enjoyable and relaxing break

Location was good and hotel was spotlessly clean Shower was excellent and toiletries were good quality Swimming pool was a bonus and it was enjoyable to have drinks and listen to music whilst on roof top. Bed was comfortable, but too many mattress protectors used during warm weather

Perfect choice for Lisbon visit

Spacious room, clean, nice staff, good breakfast and nice location towards the city center (in walking distance). Close to the hop-on hop-off busses.

There was an issue with the payment. The stay was booked via booking.com but the payment link was directly provided by the hotel. If the option 'Paypal' + 'Ideal' is chosen, the money is taken from the bank account but payment not made. After a payment warning from the hotel, the option 'paypal' + 'paypal' works fine.

Very comfortable, affordable and friendly place to stay.

The location was perfect and easy for tour companies to pick me up from. It was quiet, comfortable, had a beautiful roof top pool (could benefit from heating) and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will be back for another few days at then of my holiday and am glad I will be.

Nothing, (except the pool water was very cold. If heated, no negatives at all.

Very nice hotel with a perfect location

The location nearby the metro station is perfect to explore the city. Additionally, the bathroom is great and modern. The rooftop pool is a nice extra.

The 4 person bedroom is rather small when you have multiple suitcases.

I love the ambiance with the music concept and the rooftop bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Comfortable clean rooms where you can have a good night sleep with no street noise. Great breakfast!

Mixed feeling about this hotel. The bed is comfortable, the room is well appointed and large. The location is good. But

The location was great for getting around via public transportation. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The remote blackout blinds and Bluetooth speaker in the room were awesome.

There was NO Soap provided in the shower. And no hair conditioner. When we asked about these items (there’s a sign in the room telling guests to ask if they forgot anything), we were told that they did not provide body soap for showering not hair conditioning. It was the oddest thing. The towels were low quality and the bean.

Pleasant

Breakfast and employees are great. Rooms are big and comfortable. Excellent location.

The pool is too small, and not family friendly. It was packed every day so we really did not get to enjoy it. No room service. They have a lot of restaurants around the hotel including McDonald's, so we ended up going there to get water and snacks. Snack and beverage machine inside hotel is coin operated and out of order. It takes money but it does not distribute products.
