The breakfast was good, Being able to sit in the lounge area was nice. It was close to grocery store, restaurant, hop on and off bus

We stayed just for one night on our long trip. I didn’t had much expectation, but hotel positively impressed us. Location is good - not downtown, but very close to subway station, and then you need to ride only a few stations to centrum. It was very clean, facilities were great and breakfast was also very good. Would choose this place again 100%

Very nice and helpful staff. Quite good location. Good breakfast. Walk in shower. Outlet near bed. WiFi ok. Minibar. Coffee . Enough space.
I had to ask repeatedly for things to be fixed: electrical outlets didn't work, coffee machine broken, fridge too warm, etc. Bathroom door really Heavy, had to just leave it open. Shower head didn't work; only hand held. Terrible soap-shampoo. Only one small elevator for the entire hotel. Too expensive - but this is the same for all Lisbon.
