Customer service was the highlight of the stay. The majority of staff could not do enough to make sure we felt taken care of. Breakfast amazing. Rooms spacious. The furniture in decor was a little outdated but was in good condition with plenty of cupboard space which is usually a challenge travelling with kids! Lovely strong showers. The ocean was beautiful and clean and the kids loved jumping into the sea. Location was amazing with a short walk to restaurants and shops.
The hotel has a challenge with the pool bar and restaurant service and staff - it felt like a different hotel. However, management were very receptive to our observations and making things right. AC in the rooms was temperamental and the beds are not comfortable.

Excellent buffet breakfast with omelettes prepared to order. Attentive and friendly staff. Very spacious, both inside and outside. Plenty of events and entertainment in the bars and restaurants.
We arrived quite late and consequently didn't get a full introduction to this quite large hotel. Of course we found our way after the first day.

Big room; good breakfast
Very musty (old folks home) smells throughout hotel . Very old fashioned decor & furniture. Expensive for what it was. Better 5* on the island.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to every detail. They enthusiastically helped with every question or request we had. The food was excellent and the pool was wonderful. The parking was also very convenient and the location was convenient to restaurants and shopping and the center of town.
