Everything!
From location (next to the Santuario) to breakfast, it was great. The large screen TV was perfect for watching the World Cup games.

Location, proximity to the shrine. Front desk representatives were friendly and helpful.
The shower: it needs to have a longer shower curtain and a curved shower curtain or fully enclosed so the floor doesn’t get flooded. Also , the base of the toilet bowl had a leak.

Very close to the Fatima Pilgrimage and within 6 minutes walk from bus station and which was my main purpose of the visit and reason of choosing this hotel.
The room is clean, and the bar is very good place to rest, socialise or watch tv.
The bedroom window was showing to some kind of roof where the generators / AC engines or not sure what machines is stored there and which was making noise not helping to rest or sleep.
The pillows are so flat that even putting two together was not enough to make it feel good to rest the head
