I like the positive vibes of the reception and the room was of a good clean and airy view. The buffet menu was great with good customer service.
The sauna was not to write home about. There was a big messed up with our booking so everything in the sauna wasn’t working and we ended up not able to use it. And a member of staff we complained to was very dismissive and bluntly told us that she forgot to switch it on because she was busy with no apology. When I escalated this, I was told I was checking out that I will get a refund but couldn’t process it at that point because it was a weekend that they will put the money in to my account. A week later, they contacted me to say that they can’t refund my money because I paid for this service by cash, so they can only refund me with vouchers which I already discussed with them while there that I will go to the spa or recommend it to anyone.
As much as I like other services in this property, this issue and the way it was handled has discouraged me from using it again.

The location is exceptional! Literally 2 minutes from the bus station. Team were amazing and the hotel is beautiful!!! I loved every detail! I had a massage at their spa and it was amazing!

The breakfast was very good and the staff working in the breakfast area were lovely and so helpful.The house keeping staff were good too our room was always well cleaned and looked after.
