Staff were incredibly friendly, and very helpful and approachable, facilities were excellent and the food and service, including room service and breakfast, were superb!
There was some hairs in the bathroom, in the bath and on the floor than we had to remove. And while it didn’t take away from our stay at all, the phone to reception didn’t work.

A big THANK YOU to the staff for locating a white jacket I left behind and shipping it to my final destination COD in Lisbon. Breakfast had A LOT of options, which was great. The Basilica at Fatima is within walking distance. There's a Burger King across the street, which was a tasty, quick meal. After nearly a month of walking the Camino Santiago, I was craving an American burger.
Do bring a bathing cap for the spa. They have them for purchase if you don't have one. The spa area was confusing. You had to sign up for a time slot, but the jacuzzi wasn't very warm, and the sauna had to be turned on after I notified staff.

The welcoming wasn’t too friendly was very straightforward not even a smile. The room wasn’t too bad but in the morning the noise wake me up around 6:30am . I had to called the receptionist regarding about the noise. When downstairs reporters it to them, and I demanded for the room to be changed otherwise I will find another hotel. After my breakfast they managed to change the room. Which was much better and comfortable.
The noise and someone of the staff at the reception are not friendly.
