From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect hotel. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning ocean views that made every morning and evening feel special. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service after we returned home. We accidentally left a picture behind in our room, and the hotel went above and beyond by carefully posting it back to us in England. That level of honesty, care, and professionalism is rare to find these days. It meant so much to our family and showed how much the team truly cares about its guests.
We created memories that will stay with us forever, and this hotel played a huge part in making our Madeira holiday unforgettable.
Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way. If I had to say one thing, it would simply be that we wished we could have stayed longer!

Amazingly friendly staff, beds were extremely comfortable, beautiful facilities, good location & all you need for a brilliant stay in stunning Madeira. Breakfast boxes for a very early check-in are a genius idea.
I would have to try very hard to find something negative, but one point is, the parking is a bit on the expensive side.
