Room good, matress not great but the hotel staff are aware of this and awaiting scheduled upgrades managed at hotel group level

Spacious and quiet
I had a garden room and therefore wasn’t able to stay out there long enough due to safety of my child despite making this clear during check in.

We really liked the pools and the breakfast was amazing!Dinner could have been better but overall we really enjoyed the meals. The staff was really kind.Realy an exceptional experience.

Great swimming pool. Good snack bar. Sea views. Good breakfast.
I contacted the hotel more than a week before arrival and requested a walk in shower as I am disabled. I was allocated a room with shower over bath and I requested a change to a walk in shower option. Reception told me there was no availability at my standard, room with sea view, for a further 5 days. They didn't address why they had ignored my advance request. I said I would contact the General Manager myself to address this and they insisted they would deal with it. I raised with Booking.com. Three days later, after my chasing up every day, they offered me a Superior Room with walk in shower. I had to pay an extra "discounted" rate of 25 euros per night. I reluctantly agreed. They should have offered a free upgrade at the outset as it was their mistake not to allocate a walk in shower room.
