A beautiful location. It was a short walk to the Forum indoor shopping centre.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bed was very comfortable. That means a lot to us.
We had a spacious ocean view room with balcony.

Courtesy bus that brings you into Funchal- 3 times in the morning, a maximum of 7 people each time
Good bus route - Bus 1 and 2 bring you to Funchal . Both sightseeing hop on hop off bus and the airport bus stop just above the hotel .
The water pressure in the shower wasn't great

Catarina the receptionist is a total credit to the hotel, helpful, friendly and a great sense se of humour
Really Big room could do with 2 chairs, to sit and have a drink or watch telly on.
