Well maintained, good rooms, good facilities
The parking entrance was too narrow, we ended up parking on the street

New, fancy hotel. Reasonable price considering the quality.

I like the overall feeling I had in the room, it was very comfortable to rest in the room and the balcony was great with the sea view. The breakfast was tasty. The receptionist Francesco or Federico was a nice person and tried to help quite a lot.
I didn't like how some of the 5 star hotel functions were not functioning. I think the hotel was understaffed and it wasn't functioning properly. For example:
- we wanted to order room service, nothing was available during our stay.
- we wanted to order some drinks to the bar, no one was there to help us.
- the breakfast was tasty but the goods were finishing all the time. There were not many vegan/vegetarian options. Sometimes, the pancakes were cold where they should actually have been cooked fresh upon request.
- Gym was very small, saunas were very small and smelly.
