Excellent hotel. Very clean, fully wheelchair accessible, good location and finished to a high standard. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
I booked 4 rooms in total, but unfortunately, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were not good and were quite uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved all the meals and options available. The fact that the indoor pool was heated so our son could play as well as not be in the direct sun. We really like the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. We love the steam room and sauna as a little escape too. Our son (5) loved kids club.
We wished that there was a lifeguard to help keep an eye on all the kids in the water. We also noted that the Jacuzzis were cold so we didn't particularly enjoy that. The gym could also do with a treadmill, and maybe another bike as the one that was there was very rusty and squeaky. We missed some of the entertainment from the team we had experienced a couple years ago.

Room was cramped, beds were uncomfortable and worn.
Gym was tiny, with lack of equipment.
Plates and glasses in the restaurant were dirty and smelt. Restaurant drinks selection was poor and understocked.
