The location is excellent, making it really easy to explore Lisbon and get around the city. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. The room is simple but cozy, very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are also really comfortable, which is always a plus!
One thing worth mentioning is that there's no elevator, but this is clearly stated in the hotel description, so it wasn't an issue or a surprise at all.
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again whenever I return to Lisbon!
Nothing to complain about! Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay.

An entrance to the metro (Intendente) was located immediately outside the hotel which serves the airport and elsewhere. The towels were changed, beds made and room cleaned on a daily basis.
There was no elevator and the rooms were located on the second floor up a fairly steep staircase. You probably need to take your own toiletries as no shampoo supplied and only a little tablet of soap. A little noisy which, I suppose is to be expected is given the location is on a main road.

The place is actually in the centre and everything close, 2/3 min walk
Juts the noise a little bit on the street

Access to rooms, very noisy as windows need to remain open for ventilation
