A little expensive for for 2 nights, I feel you should have parking included not on top of.

I had breakfast included, but didn't have time to try it.

The location and facilities were great, but the parking was terrible, we had to wait for people who were not staying in the hotel to leave. The parking is also very small.

Pleasant and congenial

Great breakfast - buffet and bar. Congenial staff. Met our need for the wedding party and guests to be located on the same floor- put us side by side in rooms in the same corridor- perfect!!

Great Staff

I was one day out with my booking. There was no problem and rectified by the staff effeciently. Was totally my fault. Lucky for me it was a quiet night and you were able to appease.

Rooms a bit dated and also had to chase house keeping for towels. Took ours but did not replace....twice. Also ordered inroom dinning. Asked for a bottle of wine and got a glass!. Guy said he would sort but never came back so had to call the restaurant to ask. Person who came was very apologetic for the mistake.

The x2 young man different times that bought up towels 10/10 for our stay. Both had awesome customer service. Rooms are comfortable. Mini bar and assorted items available. We had an option card for housekeeping offer a savings for guests. Great idea. Aircon working. Restaurant looked good but did not have a chance to dine.

Parking options. As limited parking and if asking to hold because you're leaving the premises, not an option. Told we can park further down in a neighbouring car park. Parking charges when using their small car park.

Just wanted to thank staff for the warm reception, their help in shuttling us to our event and the birthday hook up. Breakfast was delicious. Facilities on point.

personnel friendly.

Breakfast was not of great quality i feel. the Croissants were stone hard and didnt seem fresh at all. I was hesitating to get into breakfast. Food was also kind of coldish.

The breakfast was great, the room was fantastic the customer service was also very very good

The parking was a bit hard to understand. I couldn’t find anywhere that told you the price of parking which I found quite sneaky but there is free parking available but again they don’t tell you that.

Comfortable stay for family while in Auckland for surgery

Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, and felt safe. The hotel was next to the hospital which made visiting much easier while we stayed in Auckland.

A few renovations needed in the room - some rough parts. Found the buffet breakfast process confusing - couldn’t find the price anywhere.

Parking despite paying for it, was difficult to find. Spaces were extremely tight and shared with public parkers making it difficult to find a space when needed

Excellent and would stay here again.

Great location with convenient road access, well kept and room was clean and very reasonable sized. Very comfortable.

Parking was a bit challenging as property attracts a lot of event traffic and parking on site is limited. Offsite parking is fairly close but would be a real problem on race days as it is the parking for the race course. Dining option rather limited but perhaps not unusual for this sort of hotel/location.

Excellent for Ellerslie Event Centre. As I use to live in Auckland no need for me to be tourist

wouldn’t stay there again

Good location

staff at reception were not very friendly. purchased in hotel car park but I wasn’t warned that it fills up daily. ended up having to pay 22 dollars for public parking on top of paying for the hotel car park. towels were not changed during room service despite all being used.

Comfortable & modern, but expensive.

The room was comfortable and spacious. We ordered room service for dinner which was delicious - pad thai, garlic bread and potatoes to share. Easy access to property from the motorway.

Parking - the carpark was full and a pain to use. If you weren't lucky, you had a massive walk to the hotel. With a baby this was less than ideal. Communication wasn't great when we called reception and no one seemed to understand my very basic question - "how long is the wait time for food". Was very overpriced, likely inflated because of Ed Sheeran playing that night.
