Perfect location if you have children playing sport at Cornwall Park. We avoided the stress of having to find parking because the accommodation is within walking distance. We were able to walk across the road to Cornwall Park.
Wifi connection was temperamental but we survived.

Location was great. Appreciated being able to leave our vehicle parked at motor inn the morning prior to check in
Tired. Lounge TV didn’t work on 2nd night. No phone in room to contact reception. No bath in 2bed unit you would have hoped for. No guide book in room therefore no idea of facilities available. (Spa? Breakfast)? Condensation a problem both mornings. Waited at reception on check out to tell them about tv but got tired of waiting after two rings on bell.
