4th time we've stayed because it just ticks the boxes. Pool and spa for the kids, free parking, clean rooms and comfy beds, own kitchen, value for money.
Toilet wasnt filling up, had to use a bottle to top the cistern up after every use. Notified front desk, hopefully they got on to it.

We had a freshly renovated refurbished room. New shower, new vanity and toilet. Nice hot water in shower .
Nice new curtains i loved the way they are hung roof to floor.
Really nice room. And very clean.
Room had a nice smell.
Also was a big fan of the tropical plants jn big pots, and the staghorns on the walls fences so nice to see nice gardens and plants well placed.
I liked the bed bedding and pillows all comfortable. The milk was perfect thank you. Given in a little bottle. Not those pod tiny milks .
Loved the bedside touch lamps! No fumbling
Checked in at 6pm and office closed 5pm. But a great system once I went back and re read instructions on my booking app. A staff member came to greet me. And a great key drop service for check out, lots of letter boxes for this made so easy. Free parking on site very helpful.
The light shining into room through front door. The outside lights from the upstairs rooms across carpark shine into the little louvre window above the door.
Im a dark room sleeper and we couldn't control this.
I eventually got up and turned the TV off at the wall so the tv light didn't shine, my own Personal preference.
My photos show how the lights shine into room. I was laying in bed to take photos. it needs a little blind on that above window . Or someone to turn the lights off or switch to sensors that go off maybe?
The rooms aren't sound proofed. The neighbours TV and phone ringing on vibrating mode came right through like it was on our bedside.
And the toilet flushing from neighbour sounded like the pipes were in our wardrobe.
So we didn't sleep well due to light and noices. But you can't fault cleanliness comfort of furnishings bed and table and decor, in room.
