It was clean, modern and comfortable. We were also close to shopping centres, restaurants and activities! It also provided us with free onsite parking and also onsite laundry facilities.
We found that it could be quite loud due to being on one of the main roads in and out of Rotorua. The shower was also quite low for my partner to stand under, the water pressure was also not the greatest. We also missed out on the pool as it was out of service due to upgrades which was a bit of a bummer.

Staff were friendly. Pool and spa were very nice and beds were comfortable
We were put into a pet friendly room but we had no pets and didn’t request this, so that was a little disappointing. However I did like the idea of having a pet friendly area for people travelling with pets.
