Like the photos but could be a bit cleaner.

The place looked exactly like the photos. Nice lovely lady over the phone when we called about our late check-in. Wasn't too sure where we were located, but as we had a car it didn't matter too much. A heater was turned on to help warm up the place, which was lovely. And an assortment of coupons for local attractions were left in the kitchen floor for us to use.

It's modern, but also quite used and so certain parts need replacing, repairing and cleaning. Bathroom door handle area was rusty, the shower floor drain was not secured and came out then floated in the water as the the drainage didn't seem to be good - was blocked, and could see clumps of hair all over the carpet - perhaps a better vacuum cleaner should be used?, the stove top in the kitchen was quite worn and dirty.

Great spa bath with modern facilities. A great stay for family.

We booked "Two-Story Two-Bedroom Apartment with Spa Bath". It was room 10. Some other motel with decoration from early 2000's but Brylin Motel was newly furnished with modern facilities. In winter time outside was freezing but our room was warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa bath. The staff is very lovely and welcoming. We will stay again if ever back in Rotorua. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean and we had plenty of space in the two bedroom unit. Friendly proprietor

The shower was a bit temperamental (leaky hose) and there was only one power socket in the twin bedroom

Overall a comfortable place to stay

Room was well layout and clean. Fast Wi-Fi connection and nice tv setup.

Short 3 day stay at Brylin was great! Comfortable and inviting premises. Great parking spots.

Location was great, right near to shopping amenities and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, I had the best sleep. The place is very clean and modern with great shower and water pressure. Spa bath a bonus. Charmaine our host was very nice! I would recommend and I would stay again.

the place was amazing. warm, cosy, clean, bed was super comfortable. the host put on the heat pump before we arrived and the heated towel rail AND the electric blanket. very very impressed with the place. will stay here in future.

The 2 bedroom apartment was newly furnished and decorated. Every thing was spotlessly clean. Plenty of heaters and electric blankets on the bed made for a very snug stay. Rooms very quiet and very comfortable beds.

Very pleasant stay in a clean, well maintained room.

Well-maintained and clean. Quiet location. Spa included thought we didn't use it. Heat pump quickly heated up the room. Netflix available!

No ensuite bathroom for the family room. If sleeping upstairs, need to climb downstairs for bathroom. Parking space is rather tight. Microwave oven is located too high up n have to be careful, heating up hot food.

Amazing value. 2 Bdrm unit beautifully clean.free parking, netflix, wifi. Wonderful helpful staff.Even a spa bath! Charmaine in reception was so lovely.
