Was at Alpin for four nights, with my two adult granddaughters. Rooms did not feel cramped. The toilet (heated toilet seat and self-flushing toilet) was a hit. We all slept amazingly well every night. The private geothermal spa pool was the cherry on the top and was utilized every night whilst we were there. Thank you, Alpin.
I do not have anything negative to say about our stay at Alpin, nor the hospitality provided.

We chose to stay here again because we had stayed here before and had a really lovely experience. We had very good memories from our previous stay. I really like the design and the way the property is furnished — it feels comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, especially the toilet facilities.
Unfortunately, this stay was a very disappointing experience compared with our first visit. The property was not as clean as before, and we had a very uncomfortable night and did not sleep well.
The biggest issue was the carpet throughout the room. It was visibly very dirty and felt damp and sticky under our feet. The floor was already noticeably dirty when we entered the room. It was particularly concerning because we were travelling with a baby, and even our baby's socks became dirty from walking on the floor.
The overall condition made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy staying in the room. We really hope the cleanliness of the carpet and flooring can be improved. This time, unfortunately, we did not have the same clean, comfortable and enjoyable experience as our first stay.
