The hotel was very clean , and the service was great. They turned on the heater for us before we arrived, so the room was nice and warm. The outdoor pool was very convenient too. We’ll definitely come back next time!

Great location.
Rooms were not serviced daily, asked, towels were changed. Bins were not emptied daily, bathroom was not cleaned, beds were not made. When asked why the staff replied - no hotel does this daily, even though every other establishment in NZ or internationally does in our experience.
