Jättebra läge, trevlig personal och fräscht!

Fantastisk bra frukost, otroligt mycket att välja på!

Mycket svårt att få upp hissdörren, den skulle ha varit med en automtsk öppningsknapp. Speciellt när man har bagage och värk i axeln.

Central but not clean

Nicely situated in the center of Uppsala. Breakfast was really good with a large variety of standard and Swedish breakfast options. Staff was very friendly.

Due to the hot weather my room was quite hot, unfortunately only one window could be opened and there was no AC. In the bathroom only soap and shampoo were available, no body lotion, conditioner whatsoever... But the highlight comes last: there were 4 small bloodstains on my sheet, one of them with a dead mosquito inside. Since I realised it only shortly before I wanted to go to bed, I had to sleep in the bed as well. It got changed the next day, but no compensation was offered.

I had loads of luggage since I was to embark on a longer international journey after my stay at Uplandia. Since there are some roadwork going on outside I was given a map of where to find the parking garage. It appeared to me that the parking garage was not located in the same building as the hotel. Therefore I carried in my luggage when checking in. I asked if the staff could arrange so that the luggage was carried up to my room while I was parking my car. This was received with amusement from the personell at front desk. Can't do that! Typical swedish service.

Had an enjoyable stay

Good choice for breakfast...also time limit 10.30am

Only the main door outside which didn't stay open long enough with a wheelchair. One one occasion the girls behind the bar were not very professional.

Disappointing. Not the place it once was.

Central location. Good choice at breakfast.

Having stayed here many times (but not for some time) the changes to the layout have ripped the heart out of this hotel and it no longer has the atmosphere it had before. Many tables were left uncleared at breakfast. Staff were not as attentive as they have been in the past. The windows are in poor condition. Lack of storage in the rooms result in having to live out of your suitcase or use the bedside tables. Restaurant now very small and looks like a cafe, so no desire to want to eat there.

Superb

Service was very good, reception personnel was very friendly and really there to make your stay as comfortable as could be.

In some rooms there was a really annoying, low noise. Never heard that before and never had any trouble with noise before, so quite strange to me. But when notified at the reception, they immediately got me another room, so very well solved :)

Thank you for a nice night in Uppsala

We loved the breakfast. Our room was nice with a bathtub (160 cm). The hotel is right in the centre, close to the hospital as well. Perfect for both: shopping and visit.

We had chosen the hotel because of a stay with bathtub. But this was not a fullsized bath, nice enough for a warm bath. Getting the key for the parking under the hotel was a little bit complicated, but ok.

The booking was made for a double bed but in fact the room was with two single beds. the cleaning was not the best.

Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and the location of the hotel was good.

I had some trouble finding the parking. It's not very easy and that was actually the only negative side.

Too expensive but otherwise perfect.

Breakfast was wonderful, especially the scrambled eggs and the pastrami.

Bed definitely too hard. Mattress slided on the bed during the night. The price.

First booked room wasn't even cleaned. Thankfully the staff changed the room immediately. Bed was noisy, room was too old. In the room, there was no even tea pot and fridge

Central location, nice and clean, very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Central location, breakfast was very good, can certainly recommend. Will stay again. Front desk was helpful in checking us in a bit early when we arrived. Nice!

One of our friend snores. I snore myself, so, it's not that. We're not talking about any normal human being snore. This is on a whole other level, we're talking moving furniture snoring. Had to rearrange the paintings and fasten screws on the sink and toilet before leaving. ;)

Overall a pleasant hotel which is centrally located and child friendly.

The breakfast buffet had a vast array of options each morning. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly. The hotel was located close to the major attractions of Uppsala.

Fist night of our booking we were placed in a smaller room than booked. The hotel gym was located in the basement without any natural outdoor night.

Basic hotel with good breakfast, convenient for families

Very central location with parking across the street, close to shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast selection. I booked this hotel for the family rooms which have bunk beds for the kids, although the room interior is otherwise very basic.

Unacceptably long breakfast line at certain times, this should really be managed better. Beds are too soft, duvet and pillow thin, cheap quality.

Great hotel, would visit again.

Staff were really friendly and were very helpful. Breakfast was great lots of choices. Only thing missing was English breakfast tea. The shower in the room was great, the pressure was exceptional better then what I have at home.

Not enough meal choices in the evening.

Overall great stay, good location, friendly staff and clean facilities

The staff were great. On arrival 26/04/2022 approx 6pm I had an issue with room and they resolved it straight away. Also staff were friendly enough that you could have a chat which made you feel welcome. I checked out 28/04/2022 approx 8.30am the two front staff were superb!!!
