Lovely old house with lots of charm. Confortable , quiet and very clean. Perfect location to discover old Uppsala. Very friendly staff and good restaurant.

The location in Uppsala is great, close to the castle and the city center. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated.
The staff was really not interested in serving their clients. After a long journey, we asked for something to eat, and the answer was plain "No, not possible." We also tried to order drinks and the servant said again no, we are closed. Not very client friendly how this was presented and not at all helpful. Unfortunately, this is what we remember from our stay at the hotel. We traveled with a group and this was the general perception from all of us.
