Location and spaciousness
Lack of water being replenished in the rooms and price of water around the pool. On site hairdresser ridiculously expensive too

We liked that we could be sat on the, all whilst being not far away from the swimming pool.
The sea is lovely, as are the swimming pools. The food is very good as well, from the breakfast buffet, to the room service, beach food too.
Some of the finishings and small details are simply not what you’d expect when paying this price.
Between some mould in the shower, the hangers in the bathroom barely hanging on, a bath tub that doesn’t properly drain, the WhatsApp concierge/guest relation service that takes hours to respond and paper thin wall, none of these are big problems. But added up, it’s not what you’d expect when staying in a 5 star hotel in Ibiza at the price you pay.
