As we were going to Strictly, the position of the hotel was brilliant! We were allowed into our room at 1.30pm which helped us tremendously!
I think your young barman may need a little more training. He wasn’t sure how to make a G&T or take payment. His manager seemed a bit sharp with him but I could see he was embarrassed. The lovely receptionist came across to help. This happened on Saturday 26th September at around 12.15pm.

Great Location. Minutes walk to Elstree studios and the high street for shops. Ample parking & a good deal for an overnight stay.
Bathroom was tight! Very compact. Plug sockets were across the room from bed & table. So made charging tricky.

Location is good for easy access to Wembley (via Stanmore underground station). Good facilities, great location
The room we had smelled strongly of cigarette smoked.
