Easy to find and close to the tube station. Clean, 'Just enough" type of choice. Key picking arrangement worked perfectly.
No chairs, no place to sit except for beds. The garden possible to use only as a drying place (with rack).

Very nice for a short stay. We needed it only to sleep, during the day we were mostly sightseeing.
Quiet neighboorhood ans very good connection to all parts of London. Metro and bus station are 3 minutes away on foot ans there is a 24h market close by for anything you might need.
Grass is taking over the pavement at the entrance. Our bathroom was ok, but someone larger then us might have problems with the size of the shower room.
