The staff were welcoming,and my request for a ground floor was accommodated. Room was fresh and light. Plenty off storage space and hangers for clothes. Tea and coffee were available. Hair dryer. Toiletries included. Main reason for stay was for a dog show and my dogs were welcomed into the hotel.
Less towels than we needed. We brought our own. That didn't really bother us too much.

Situation and surroundings. Room was clean
Room was too hot and didn’t have an external window to open. There was a fan but it just circulated the hot air
