The room and the public space was very nice, everywhere was nicely decorated and clean.
The room was excellent, as good as many 5 star hotels.
The staff were particularly friendly, helpful and caring, nothing was too much trouble.
The food in the restaurant was excellent, it was well presented and very tasty.
We would definitely come back again
The only downside was the fact the restaurant was closed for 2 of the 3 nights of our stay, and I can’t remember seeing this when I booked the dates.

Had a bit of a mixed experience. The room itself was nice. The chef clearly knows what they’re doing as well, as the food was a highlight of the stay.
Unfortunately, the experience was let down by some issues with organisation and guest management. At check-in, we were told that a previous guest had accidentally taken our room key home and would be posting it back, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. More concerningly, we were woken at around 4am by someone trying to get into our room, which was quite unsettling.
