The hotel is very good with good accommodations. Good outdoor zone an amazing pool and also the vineyards close to it are a good walk to have at the end of the sunny day.
I would say not completely into the property review, but the restaurant itself is a little too fancy on the menu making it difficult for families or children to enjoy a good meal. Also, the roads leading to the hotel can be somewhat misleading and dangerous, but that belongs to the council itself and not the property.

Beautiful views, nice and clean rooms, helpful staff (shout out to the lovely Cecilia ❤️), great breakfast included, and an incredible pet corner with goats and chickens (which was the highlight for me)
No gym. Would also recommend bringing with you essentials like water and maybe some snacks, bc otherwise you are completely dependent on buying it there and it can get pretty expensive.

The view is amazing. Nice stay, if you have a car or prefer to take a train (you need a car to get yourself to the train station) for a day-trip to Pinhao for example. The restaurant has good quality food.
The pool bar was closed, even though it was supposed to be open - no possibility to order drinks at the bar. They spilled drinks at the dinner to our lap without refund. They also blamed us for not adding credit card details for room service, even though we did it when we checked in. Service is not what you would expect in such a place. Overall, as a customer we got the feeling of being there for the hotel, not that the hotel is there for us.
