The gardens, the pool, the bar area in the garden.
Change the complicated safe in the rooms.

The property is absolutely lovely. Beautiful gardens and pool, as well as many places to enjoy inside the hotel. The breakfast every morning was delicious!
Some wait staff were particularly rude. We were seated on their outside terrace for dinner, and then completely ignored for 45 minutes. When we decided to leave after not having our order taken or any attention whatsoever, the hostess finally came over and asked if we wanted to order food. It’s too bad you pay so much to stay at a beautiful hotel only to have the experience stained with poor wait service.

Lovely gardens, excellent breakfast, most of the staff very nice.
No balcony in the room. Expensive. Barman in the outside bar uninterested and a little rude.

Beautiful building and lovely garden.
The restaurant staff was very poor and not polite. The food was disappointing. Very small room.
