Beautiful property. Lovely pool, room was well appointed. Staff was gracious and very helpful with dinner suggestions and other travel logistics.

Location was superb, close to centre and coach + train station. Comfortable rooms, excellent service. Loved the warm outdoor pool in sunny, well kept surroundings.
The room was too cold as the central air conditioning couldn’t be turned off. Wet swimming clothes could not dry in a day.

It was an OK property.
It lacked the French Provençal decor and authenticity. It is given a 5 star, but it was rather a 3 stars property in terms of amenities and decor.

Bathroom and bed was nice. Needed more hangers. Coffee should be out and complimentary. Wine in bar area was a complete ripoff. Staff was very helpful. Liked having water refill station’s available
We were there beginning/ mid October and were disappointed to see the pool closed and covered. I walked out there and it looked really banged up. All of the deck needed to be refinished and nothing like the photos. Also the rooms had lots of wasted space with long halls.
