Breakfast was on order. They have the menu at reception. Staff was very friendly. They will help you with the luggage as there is no lift. We were in the loft...there was a tub by the bed. However the main bathroom area was kinda small. Very quiet area of Aix, in a small street but still very walkable to everything. Check-in is kinda late (3pm) whilst check-out is kinda early (11am), so if one stays for only one night, it feels not enough.
Maybe allow earlier check-ins or later check-outs?
