This old lady is looking a bit tired - she needs a good coat of paint and some decoration.
Unlined paper cups - apart from the fact that coffee/tea melted the paper, I expect quality china and glassware in a 4 star hotel. (We did eventually borrow some from the restaurant.)
When I booked the room, it listed a coffee machine in the room, but there wasn't one. When I asked about it, the reception person immediately offered to change my room to an identical one with a coffee machine, but as my husband had already unpacked everything, we chose to remain in the room and forgo coffee. I did ask if we could just move the coffee machine to our existing room, but was told that wasn't an option.
Housekeeping was a bit sloppy.
