Check in / out was flawless & I loved it.
The room is reasonable size & the A/C actually worked.
Clean
Comfortable bed, pillows, shower.
Elevator
Pool to cool down in the summer.
Right next to the park.
Breakfast is ok by European standards but compared to French hotels it had great variety.
Room was quiet even though the hotel was quite full.
Storage room: they give you a unique number & attach a tag to your luggage so it's safe to store your luggage there. On contrast, my friends stayed at Mercure across the park, and their stuff was taken from the luggage room, and staff there doesn't watch. My luggage was safe.
Overall experience was very nice, I felt relaxed there - highly recommended. I would stay there again.
Clean the balcony from pigeon poop - come on! :-D
It would be nice if the cups, kettle, and the area where they stayed were dusted, because there was a lot of dust when I arrived.
Suggestion: please indicate the allergens next to the dishes in the breakfast area. I managed but it would be very convenient.

Located in what I'd describe as the University district, the hotel is right beside the Japanese Gardens and a short work to Compans Cafarelli metro stop through the park. The lobby is a welcoming place to hang out if you have kids/teens, with video games, books, games and pool table all available. The pool area is somewhat under-sold by the hotel I think. Yes it is small, but its a nice place to spend time with plenty of loungers relative to the size of the pool, and comfortable seating and tables right beside it in the outdoor terrace if you want to eat or drink whilst others had a swim. We didnt eat at the hotel but the lunch and breakfast buffets looked pretty good. The room was fine, standard for Novotel - the bathroom/shower was very good.

The hotel had a nice room and large bed. It provided everything we needed and was near a park which was very nice. The pool was nice, although is small and there were a lot of children there when we went.
While the majority of staff were very nice, there was a particular staff member who made our breakfast very unpleasant. I found him quite rude and felt stressed as he patrolled around our table. While the area was nice, it was quite a walk to anywhere central. There also weren't many plugs in the bedrooms.
