The hotel was excellent. Staff super friendly, room was beautiful and bed was super comfortable we slept perfect every night. Incredibly quiet considering central location. Shower fabulous too great pressure.
If I am being incredibly picky it would be great to have a gym at the hotel however you are in the city centre so there are lots of gym facilities.

The hotel was centrally located; however, this did make access difficult. More detailed communication regarding how to access the car park, as well as how to find the exit with a lift available, would have been appreciated.
