Really liked the staff who were friendly, welcoming and excellent. Food very good. Room lovely and comfortable.
I would change nothing really although the rooms lack USB ports

Location, although parking is a nightmare unless the valet is waiting at the front door. Unfortunately he wasn’t and we were greeted by a rude receptionist who told us to wait despite the fact we were blocking the road and the traffic behind us. Therefore we were forced to circum navigate the tiny narrow one way streets again to get back to the front door of the hotel. That wasted another 20 minutes.
Attitude of the staff, the bar tender ignored us for 20 minutes despite being sat in front of him with very few other customers to serve. As mentioned the receptionist that greeted us on the street was abrupt and rude. The only helpful friendly member of staff was the valet once he appeared.
