Amazing location and very good service by the reception. Highly recommend this hotel to explore toulouse!
the rooms are abit dated, and for a four star hotel, i expected some more toiletries in the room. its carpetted everywhere which leaves abit of a musty smell in the rooms and corridors. However considering the location and price of the hotel, these can be overlooked!

The location is good, obviously
The matress was incredibly bad, even if it had something like a topper on it, it was hard like sleeping on the ground. Not cool for a so called 4 star hotel. Other than that, the equipment in the room seemed old, there was a noise coming from the bathroom, and everything felt old and dirty.
