The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable.
The front desk employee who checked us in said he would make a reservation at a local restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, the reservation was not made and it was very embarrassing. We ended up finding a different place to eat, but it was very disappointing.

Great location with terrific access to everthing you want to see in the old town. The staff, particularly Estelle, were terrific. She went above and beyond to help us with getting access to medicos.

Great location.
The room size.
The bathroom doesn't have a door. None!
Mold in the shower tub.
Some of the staff were not really friendly/helpful.
