The staff were fantastic. Helpful, friendly & welcoming.
Breakfast was mostly very good. Scrambled eggs, lovely selection of breads, pastries & cheeses. Yogurt & fruit & fruit & freshly squeezed orange juice.
The showers were very good with a non slip floor 🙌.
Lovely well stocked bar & lounge area. Very close to good, frequent bus services including the airport shuttle bus.
The air conditioning in the room couldn’t cope with the heat & there was a heavy quilt on the bed 🥵. There was a sign to tell you to leave the curtains closed because of the heat. The curtains were heavy & dark brown. Made the whole room dingy. Needed blinds as a better option. Very dark corridors. The coffee from the breakfast room machine was vile & bitter. ( coffee from the bar was good). Good coffee at breakfast is very important so this needs re-thinking. Cafetière is French - not difficult and so much better to drink.

Absolute lack of Personnel!!!!
The Breakfast was full of people with little assistance from staff (only 1 guy trying to do his best) that could not keep the tables clean or re-fill the different food. There were spills of Orange Juice and dirty tables the whole time. The second day around 9:30h there were no Eggs, come on....
The reception lady was attending the Bar and must wait for her to finish serving to other clients, nobody at the reception
The Parking is outside, paying 19€... in a city like Toulousse, out of Downtown, VERY EXPENSIVE
I would not recommend the hotel, try others more centric and same price!!!
