Fantastic welcome and lovely room. Unfortunately there was a constant banging noise from the air conditioning through the night. The staff member did inform us that if the guests in the hotel turned the air conditioning very low it may cause noise so we kept ours to the minimum sugested. Unfortunately we were informed others decided to ignore the advice so the banging noise was constant. We would have booked for a return visit a week later after returning to toulouse from Italy after a weeks holiday, but unfortunately it was fully booked. I would definitely book again when staying in Toulouse.
The banging noise, due to air conditioning problems. Wife would have preferred a separate room for breakfast rather than in the bedroom.

Great location, right in the centre, and has a carpark. Comfortable room. Nice staff.
It’s in an old building, which is part of the charm, but does mean that the lobby/ reception is a bit cramped. Decor, especially the carpet on the main stairs, is looking a little tired - but not a big deal.

It was very difficult to find by car but the staff were exceptional with their help.
The hotel is tired and in need of investment.
