The room was very cosy, the receptionist super helpful and the little detail of refreshments and some nibbles in the lobby is the detail that make a tourist felt valued and that he made the right choice compared to other options!
We did really like pretty much everything. I cannot think about something we did not like about this place

Lovely little hotel in a chill, authentically French neighbourhood. Far enough from the maddening crowds and scammy eateries and late night drunkards, this hotel was completely fine for a short stay. The room was recently renovated and was equipped with everything one might need, including a coffee machine and a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom had a bathtub. The highlight of the room was the balcony, though! Paris blessed us with fresh, colder weather and summer rain, so it was so nice to sleep by the open balcony.
Some noise from a nearby larger metro vent. Bathroom had little storage space - 1-2 extra shelves or hangers might be nice to install. Rooms very renovated, but 1-2 small things might need some maintenance, no biggie though.
