Sehr gut zur AB gelegen; Gratisparken vor dem Eingang; sehr ruhig. Zimmer 227 offenbar kürzlich renoviert mit komfortabel straffen Matratzen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut (wir erhielten Superior- statt des gebuchten Standardzimmers); Frühstücksauswahl reichhaltig (diverse Blättertees, Brombeeren ...).
Personal trotz Grenznähe ohne Deutschkenntnisse; Fenster verschmutzt mit defekter Kippfunktion (Zi. 227); deutsche TV-Kanäle auf Prekariatssender beschränkt; Minimalalistische Einrichtung des Zimmers; leere Mini-Bar; Wasserkocher und etwas Tee/Kaffee vorhanden, aber weder Gläser noch Tassen. Vermutlich trinkt das Mercure-Management zu Hause gerne aus Pappbechern.

Frühstück war super und der Mitarbeiter am Morgen sehr zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer war teils abgewohnt und die Klimaanlage konnte nicht wirken. Die Farbe am Balkon war abgeblättert und die halbe Nacht herrschte Lärm und Gekiffe auf dem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Fenster. Das Personal war auch abends freundlich aber latent überfordert. Dazu kam verglichen mit ähnlichem Niveau ein recht hoher Preis. Ein paar Meter hinter der Grenze an der Autobahn weder Englisch noch Deutsch anzubieten finde ich auch eher schwierig.
