Staff were really friendly, the bar area and outside area were really lovely and welcoming. You really felt comfortable sitting in them unlike in many similar hotels. The location was great as really near the main square but also the castle. They were kind enough to provide me with a room when I checked in before 12! Everywhere was very clean and the TV had a good range of channels (mainly German but fine for me).
I would def stay again but without the breakfast.
It would have been great if the room could have been cleaned on day 2 with clean towels provided. As that didn't happen I had to pick them off the floor to re-use.
The breakfast was pretty basic and not worth the money.

Confortable pillows
No water in the room, no phone, no parking place for late arrivals, very poor quality and choice of breakfast. Has been long time since had breakfast like this.
