Family room was very nice; actually effective air con, comfortable beds, (small) balcony with river view, plenty of space. Swimming pool was great fun for the kids and to cool down. Parking on site, although only half of the spaces are suitable for very large cars (garage area is 1.8m height, and the small side car park is 2m width but looked very awkward to access to me). 2 of the 3 electric chargers are in the easier to access car park though, we got an ID Buzz in there. Area felt very safe and quiet, but just 5 minutes walk to river and entertainments.

Very clean hotel with a great location to stroll to the city center and castle. The staff is very forthcoming and helpful.
The rooms could be a bit cozier.

Interesting design - interior and exterior.
The gym essentially was not available because in summers it only works from 2 PM to 6 PM. So if you are arriving later than that, or have to work during the day visiting the gym is not an option. I would say that in this case the property should remove the fitness centre/ gym from the description for the duration of summer.
