Parfait pour une nuit mais pas pour un séjour.

L’emplacement.

Le restaurant, manque d’adaptation de la carte. Avril 25 degrés raclette et tartiflette. Décoration ski rien à voir avec la période. Établissement sans âme, manque de chaleur.

Déçu par rapport à la renommée de l’hôtel.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, très mauvaise communication, le temps qu’il trouve une solution cela a pris quatre heures, et si je ne relance pas je n’ai pas de réponse. En arrivant, dans dans la chambre, une bouteille d’eau est offerte, celle-ci était déjà ouverte et entamé à mon arrivée.

Hôtel parfait

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Fatima à l'accueil de l'hôtel, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir être surclassé dans une chambre vue mer incroyable qui nous à mis des étoiles dans les yeux !! Un grand merci pour cette attention. Nous reviendrons ici pour nos prochains séjours à Nice à coup sûr

Great sea side hotel in Nice!

Location and sea view. Waking up and seeing the sea every morning is magnificent! Just that makes the stay worth it. The tram stop is just behind the hotel, so it’s easy to go around. The staff were all friendly. The room was big and very modern.

If you like the beach side, you will love the location, but it’s far from the town and restaurants. The Aircon was not working properly. It was very hot, but since we were there during autumn/winter, we didn’t complain and just let it be. If it was summer, it would definitely be a problem. Our 1st breakfast was great, but the 2nd time, the food was old. It seems that they recycle the food and just reheated the leftovers. The gym was also closed during our stay.

Lovely hotel & beautiful view. Room was quiet with doors shut which was good considering how busy the highway is out

Fantastic view but poor customer service

Sea view is fantastic, big room and comfy bed.

No water, no tea/coffee, no refrigerator. I called room service and ask to bring me a glass and ice, staff said that it costs 7 eur. That’s weird. I have never heard before something like that. If you do not care about customer services, then it would be good option to stay.

Disappointing 3 night stay, hotel has a lot of potential

Beautiful beach club, amazing big bed which was so cozy. Room interiors were modern and felt nice

The hotel as a whole seemed short staffed which really impacted our view of the stay very negatively. From the late night check in, a burger which took 2 hours to arrive, 3 reminders to order breakfast, a restaurant reservation which was never booked & non clear directions our room check in and further property details. The shower head also kept falling off and would not stay upright - a basic hotel necessity in my option! When we checked into the hotel, witnessed a lady complaining to the reception and that should have been a sign from the beginning. It was a very disappointing experience which as a result we will not return back.

Location was great.

The staff was understaffed. The bar ran out of juices and alcohol very early on. We had to order mocktails and it was still difficult as the staff was disorganized and overwhelmed by the number of people. The beach access is not included with the room and considering the price it seems like a rip-off, especially when asked for a 60 euros fee per person! We won't come back.

Very good in the most part, could do better in others..

This is our 4th visit to this hotel. The pool on the roof and the beach club are excellent. Breakfast is really good. The tram stop is behind the hotel and it takes you in to town in 10mins, no need for taxi/Uber anymore! Very happy and will stay again.

Service in the roof bar could be so much better. It can be very very slow which is a shame as the view is fantastic. Didn’t like Friday night club night, seemed to be for the locals and not the guests, couldn’t get a drink as the Q was so ridiculously long and there weren’t enough staff…

Would highly recommend.

Great location, very central to everything. The transport links were optimal & the beach view was stunning. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating & the rooftop bar & restaurant was lovely.

It was basic, would choose a nicer hotel closer to center city.

Over priced also one very unfriendly staff at reception, Liz. Finally I decided to come home a day early and was told by reception I would get refunded for the one night if booking sent an email, even with non refundable reservation since I was there 8 nights. After I went through the steps to get the email sent the person who told me was off and the manager refused, and said it was booking who needs to refund my one night. Definitely will think twice before booking anywhere for more then one night.

I stayed in the hotel because it was the venue of the course I was attending. I will never repeat this experience again

- The hotel enquirer about arrival time before my trip and assured us, we arrived at 2:00 pm and the staff said the check in is at 3 do wait for one hour. We sat in the lobby and those who came after us ( including all Emirates airline crew) checked in! We approached the staff twice she said your room is not ready! At 3 pm still room not ready! That was so annoying and unacceptable especially that we booked a suite not a normal room. - During check in we gave two credit cards but both were rejected though it has more than sufficient amount. We though maybe the cards are not accepted in Nice, surprisingly it worked in all shops and restaurants and the error is from the hotel. - we arrived to the room and the electricity was not working so we called someone to check it, they came after 5 hours!!!!! -Our first breakfast we choose a table and went to the buffet, we returned to be seated but the chairs were dirty. Three staff were standing next to us, they noticed we changed the table because of the dirty chairs but they didn’t keep any effort to clean it. The staff in the restaurant are not friendly at all. -There was a long que for check out as two staff were available only in a very busy hotel.

Breakfast was appalling compared to other 5 star hotels but then booking.com advertised it as 5 star but the hotel proudly shows a 4 star at the entrance

Breakfast I asked for a room on high floor as a Radisson member and got put on first floor ! Hotel is like a holiday inn with 5 star prices

Our stay was really amazing!!!!

I loved everything in the hotel. The staff were nice, the hotel was clean. The food was delicious and the location is amazing!

That they make water and goodies available at the reception only in the afternoon. It should be there all day!
