Excellent breakfast. Everyone at this hotel are super nice and accommodating. We asked for a frig for our room and it was delivered. Room was super clean. The mattress was a bit firm for us, but I am sure perfect for others.
Not really anything. We stay at this hotel at least once per year since it is super convenient to our kids living in Germany. They do everything possible to make sure your stay is wonderful. As a matter of fact, my daughter had their wedding reception at this hotel and the entire family thought it was great.

I had to late check in (00:30) and the key of the room the hotel saved me did not open my room and there was no one at the reception.
i had to call to an emergency phone so that the representive will come to open the room for me.
The representive was very nice but the ivr who answer me was in german and waited for me to talk or to press the correct digit but i didnt undertand it.
