Best hotel breakfast I've ever had, rooms are styled nicely, staff will go out of their way to help you however you need, within walking distance to Therme Erding.
Steep incline to get out of the hotel parking garage (need to stop to activate the exit barrier and then do a hill start). Most people will have a full car (passenger-wise and luggage-wise) so this can be hard.

The staff is very helpful and competent. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was really tasty and vario. It’s a short distance to Erding’s Therme, the largest and,probably, the best Europe. The hotel has air condition sm, and today, in Europe, it’s really important.
The location and the neighborhood isn’t really attractive.However, it’s very close to the Munich airport.
I am realistic,it’s what I chose. In addition, it’s relatively cheap.

We wanted a place close to the Therme Erding, it is a 15min walk from there so great. Room has all it needs.
No free parking, parking from hotel costs 12 euros per night. When you arrive late there is no parking anymore on the street, so leaves no other options. During the night there is a lot of noice from other people going and entering, there is no good insulation against noise so we heard upstairs neighbors move all night long. Tried to call the reception but nobody responds.
Too pricey for what it is.
