Kitchen was well equiped. The apartment was clean.
There was no air conditioning (we knew about that), it was very hot, but there were no mosquito nets on the window. We had to keep the windows open, but a huge amount of insects and bugs came in, so it was hard to sleep or relax. The neighbors were very loud one night at around 1 am.

It was very close to the airport for our flight the next morning. The property was very clean and it was a quiet area.
It may be a European thing but I like to have a wash cloth for showering, not just a towel.

We've spent 2 nights in the apartment and everything was super. The apartment was clean, there were everything necessary: comfortable beds, clean white bed linen, warm blankets.
What was very important for me, it's that heating worked while at night the temperature was below zero, so we didn't get frozen.
There was literally everything necessary in the kitchen: oven, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker and coffee, tee sugar itself.
Just mind, if U're traveling without a car and going to visit Therme, it takes about an hour to get there by bus.

Good for a family stay. Everything was there in kitchen.
Ofcourse far from Munich city but good if someone wants to live not far from Munich Airport as well as very nice location to experience.

Aparthotel positioned in walking distance from city center as well as from sport centrum across the river.
Hot water in the bathroom not available from 8pm until 7am.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It took us longer than we realised it would to get there from the centre of Munich meaning we got there just after the official check-in time but the host was quick to respond when we sent him a message about this to put our mind at rast and was very welcoming on our arrival. We were travelling to the airport the next day and while there were no trains that you can easily catch, there is a bus that goes directly to the airport from a stop 5 minutes from the house. Check-out was very easy as we just left the keys in the door.
It is quite out of the way though would be great if visiting the water park and it did end up working out well for the airport by bus. However, the price was very reasonable and there was nothing else we didn't like.

Apartment was fairly large and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Very convenient walk to local bus stop which provides public transport to airport.
The shower is located in an awkward position within the tub area. Be aware there is narrow flight of stairs which lead up to 2 of the apartments in the building. There was some noise from outside later in the evening which could be heard in main bedroom.

Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was comfortable.
Office staff didn’t speak any English even though their listing said English was spoken. Directions and notes in the apartment were in German only. Location was far from train to go into Munich and map in the apartment was in German and indecipherable. Wi-Fi was spotty and there weren’t any instructions on which Wi-Fi to use from the several listed. There weren’t any restaurants or stores close by close by - the town was a 10-15 minute walk, if you knew where to go. We just wandered around until we finally located the main city center.
