Excellent location for the Erding Therme spa. Clean and comfortable although basic, but it is entirely suitable for a short stay.
A small kettle and fridge in the room would have been nice.

This is at least the fourth time we slept in this motel. And we are always happy to come back.
Thin walls, you can hear doors slamming.

Close to Therme Erding within walking distance, staff was very helpful as our fan is not working and I just texted them on booking.com and he straight away knocked within a few minutes with another working fan.
I would not recommend staying over here during summer as it is too hot, there's no AC and the fan is just a small standing fan.

It was very clean and modern. Checking in at 10pm using the machine was super easy. It was very quiet. Bus stops were close by to get to town. Lidl nearby was convenient. Easy walk to the spa.
Would have liked to have a kettle in the bedroom.
