The hotel is located away from the main road so it's a very quiet location, surrounded by farms. You have easy access to the bus stop and train station to get to Munich and also, you can even walk to get to Therme. The room was super clean and spacious enough for 3 adults and the breakfast was amazing. I totally recommend this place.

Breakfast was amazing
The gym was super dirty, the equipment broken as well as the floor. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom had several moldy and broken areas.
